Love Shine Play Festival 2025

This class is about surrendering into devotion—devotion to our bodies, our hearts, and the practice itself. We’ll open our hearts with every breath and movement, creating space for both joy and struggle to coexist. It’s about being fully present with both the magic and the mess, allowing them to shape our experience. As we close, we’ll drop into a blissful Savasana, accompanied by the soothing sounds of handpan by Adarooo, bringing peace to the heart we just opened.
