Heaven and Earth flow through our hearts as we steep in a sacred mindful flow filled with the gift of our breath of life, we will unveil like a river unto a deeper sea of energy and vision. Come and Bathe in the Light as we awaken to our true self, one that is empowered, refreshed and renewed on this beautiful path of yoga.

Gota resides in the majestic mountains of Asheville, North Carolina and has been sharing the beautiful path of yoga for over 20 years. He teaches mindful flow, restorative and yin, weaving in pranayama and meditation and is a E-RYT 500 YA certified .
