• a 30-minute Sound healing with Billy Zanski inside his music room with padded mats, cushions & blankets.
• a 45-minute Guided Nidra Meditation inside the Asheville Salt Cave surrounded by 30 tons of pure pink salt.
• 2 hours of rejuvenating cold plunge and wood-fired hot sauna therapy, surrounded by nature at Drip Sauna.

Journey with us as we gently weave together the grounding energy of the forest, the revitalizing magic of a waterfall, and the soothing warmth of a traditional drip sauna.

Our day begins with a scenic drive to the breathtaking Catawba Falls hike. There, Tara will guide you on a mindful hike through verdant trails, inviting you to connect deeply with the earth through an opening invocation and grounding practice. Feel the forest awaken your senses as we make our way to a hidden gem.

At the majestic waterfall, Jessica will lead you in a time of gentle exploration and connection. Allow the cascading waters to wash away any tension as you embrace the natural beauty surrounding you. Jessica will also offer nourishing snacks and the opportunity to indulge in the earth's embrace with provided clay masks, enhancing your natural glow.

After our time by the waterfall, we'll embark on a leisurely hike back, carrying the serenity of the forest with us. A short drive will then lead us to the comforting embrace of Drip Sauna. Here, the gentle heat and rhythmic dripping will further melt away stress, leaving you feeling deeply cleansed and renewed.
