Embrace the art of slowing down in this deeply restorative nighttime workshop designed to cultivate radical ease, release tension, and nurture profound relaxation. This session blends gentle movement, somatic unwinding, Yoga Nidra, and breathwork to support nervous system regulation. Sink into stillness and allow yourself to be held in the embrace of deep restoration. As the body softens and the breath deepens, this experience invites you into a sacred pause—one that nourishes your spirit, soothes the mind, and fosters a return to balance. You will leave with a deep sense of inner harmony, ready to embrace rest with renewed vitality.

Sometimes the greatest strength lies in surrender. In this class, we’ll balance restorative poses with powerful bursts of movement to reset both body and mind. It’s about giving yourself permission to rest without guilt and rising with renewed energy. You’ll leave feeling fully recharged, grounded, and connected to the strength within. At the end, we’ll settle into a deep Savasana, with the handpan by Adarooo gently guiding us back to stillness.

Practice as the art of awakening, again and again. A gentle journey of coming home to ourselves. More subtle body than physical body as we work with flowing movement, kriya, breathwork, mantra, and meditation in a restorative way. Refreshing and restoring, the destination is feeling the sparkle and shine, embodying the love and play ~ being the magic.
