Join Cat Matlock and Raphaela Fritz for a multi-faceted, trauma-informed experience designed to cultivate both deep grounding and expansive freedom.

What would it feel like to be fully yourself—held, supported, and safe—while also allowing others to be exactly as they are? Inspired by the goddess Bhuvaneshwari, the divine mother who embodies infinite space and limitless freedom while holding the entire world within her, this class invites you to explore that balance within yourself. Through storytelling, mantra, chanting, and asana practice, you will create openness and fluidity in your body and spirit.

A guided breathwork practice and meditation will lead you into a deeply restorative shavasana, where you can surrender into the infinite. All levels are welcome. Cat and Raphaela are honored to hold this space for you.
