About me
I would love to talk with people about my Centering Pendants! They’re concave on the front and the back, allowing the thumb and finger to easily hold the pendant during meditation. You can also use it on the mat as a dristhi and then wear it during the day as a mindfulness reminder. And best of all, they’re all handmade by me, Margaret! I’m a former yoga teacher, trained at the Asheville Yoga Center, and a UNCA Alum ‘02. I’d love to meet you!
