About me
Jahidi studied Indian classical tabla with his guru, tabla master Pandit Sharda Sahai for more than 20 years. A drummer since childhood, Jahidi explored shamanic sound healing for decades, creating his own modality of sound healing called Rhythmic Resonance Healing. For the last 15 years, Jahidi has been providing sound healing in individual and group settings, supporting people in trauma release and in activating their highest healing potential. Jahidi has presented as a TEDx speaker, and he has performed with world class musicians such as Deva Premal, Anoushka Shankar and Jowee Omicil. Jahidi holds a deep container of heart medicine, inviting us to surrender to our heart’s deepest love and wisdom.
