About me
Kimberly continuously redefines traditional yoga practice as the founder of Rock n Flow Yoga®—her life-enhancing philosophy fuses movement, music, and mindfulness to awaken inner joy and elevate ordinary spaces into sanctuaries of self-discovery. Kimberly’s journey into wellness began during her career as a radio DJ, where she discovered the profound connection between music, movement, and mindful presence. This path led her to become the first yoga instructor the National Park Service permitted to lead classes at the Lincoln Memorial, creating experiences where iconic locations become transformative spaces. Over the years, she deepened her practice through certifications in Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, SUP yoga, and expert-level training in restorative sound bath healing, allowing her to orchestrate powerful multi-sensory experiences that balance energy through movement and vibrational frequencies. Her unique experience as an Olympic News Service Reporter at the 2010 and 2014 Winter Games directly influences her approach to teaching. Witnessing how dedication and global connection elevate human potential, she weaves these principles into all her workshop presentations and classes. Kimberly was featured on DC101 and in the Spring/Summer issue of Virginia Weddings Magazine for her curated bridal services. She has partnered with premium brands like Lululemon and Manduka, continuously pushing the boundaries of what yoga practice can distinctly be. Elevate your joy, rediscover yourself, and explore new possibilities through Kimberly’s Rock n Flow Yoga experiences, where every session is an opportunity to flow beyond your perceived limits!
